Cornelia Long, is passionate about coaching. Her approach is to partner with clients to discover their capability and capability and take actions to become their ‘best self’ to realize their potential. She also works with small businesses to implement quick and efficient processes to increase their productive time of working with clients and customers.


Cornelia is and Graduate of the Executive and Professional Coaching Program at the University of Texas at Dallas. She has completed work with Newfield Network, is a Certified Group Coach, a Certified Integrative Coach through the Association of Integrative Psychology, and a Certified Trainer of Neuro-Linguistic Programming.

Cornelia has a broad base of experience working in several areas and types of business and corporations throughout the United States. She also served on the Board of the ICF for Southern Arizona for four years, two as President.


Prior to starting her own coaching and consulting business, she spent 10 years working with a major defense contractor in Organizational Development, facilitating strategic planning sessions, team retreats, conducting assessments, and coaching mid-level managers. She also developed and implemented a training program for Capture Mangers for the Business Development.


She served as the Program Manager for a software development firm and with her team, successfully implemented a $1 million Licensing/Permitting Database Management Systems for a major Midwest metropolitan city including the design of development of all training materials.


Cornelia holds an MBA from Wright State University, and a BA in Psychology/Sociology from University of South Dakota. She also is a Certified Trainer and Master Practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programing and a Certified Six Sigma Expert.
