you don't know disc

An interactive training designed to engage your employees and shed light on common misunderstandings surrounding the DISC profile.

This workshop is a window into how people show up, why they do what they do and how to shift the social dynamic to improve your companies intangible assets: People, communication, culture and trust.

According Work Institute's 2019 National Employee Retention Report, 41.4 Million US employees left their jobs voluntarily in 2018, and nearly 77 percent, or three-fourths, of that turnover could be prevented by employers.

A systemic breakdown of a company’s INTANGIBLE ASSETS (people, communication, culture and trust) is the most expensive breakdown your company can have. 9 out of 10 employees state it is important to trust their direct manager and co-workers to remain engaged and satisfied at work and 6 out of 10 say they don't. Employee turnover costs US companies over $600 billion dollars each year and research indicates ineffective leadership accounts for almost 80% of employee turnover.

In order to perform at maximum levels, an organization must have engaged teams opportating with empathy (being able to see the world from another person’s perspective) and trust.  It is essential for an organization to have a common language to discuss human performance, motivation and how people process information.

This workshop explores the WHAT, WHY and HOW of human performance.

  • WHAT — Natural talents based on how one thinks and makes decisions.
  • WHY — Deep conditioned motivators and drivers that affect engagement and passion.
  • HOW — Natural behavioral styles that control task completion, interpersonal interactions and direct job performance.

By better understanding these core drivers of performance, how they interact and putting a common language to it, your team will improve their abilities to adapt, communicate and work through the issues preventing success.
